These were incredible. They had an amazing earthy and lemony flavour from the cilantro pesto and the perfect level of spice from the hot sauce. The homemade #tofu is a great texture and flavour too! It's not really like pho, it's so much better! #sushiroll #sushi #cilantro #veganpesto
