Quesadillas Enfrijoladas en Mis Tacones — Reseña de pdxveg (29 abr 2025)

This consisted of three corn tortilla quesadillas filled with luscious melty 🌱-based cheese with a smooth and creamy layer of refried beans topped with crumbly 🌱-based cotija. They were so delicious, and were a collaboration with La Casa De Mamá.
