Trigo sarraceno/ buckwheat groats.
These are organic and good quality from Alcampo bio section.
I am making a healthy gluten free bread from this right now .
Recipe for buckwheat bread
Soak these for 8 hours
Drain excess water then blend
Leave to ferment for 12 hours with a cloth over the bowl .
Add seeds to taste put into a tin and bake @ 180 for an hour
