Spicy and fragrant Thai basil fried rice! 🍚 Not sure where the mince was ahaha (I was expecting Thai-style basil 'minced meat') but there were some finely diced carrot and bits of 'ham'. Topped with a satisfyingly crunchy and meaty textured soy protein 'chicken chop' alongside a pile of shredded cucumber. 🍗🥒 Opted for no egg for a vegan version; would have been good to have some soy skin as a substitute! 🍳 Came with a choice of hot or cold daily drink too; I got the boiled apple goji which was nice and healthy! 🍎🍹 (Allium-free, $10.80) #sgvegan #womenowned #alliumfree
