Petai, the seeds of the Parkia Speciosa tree. Also known as stink bean.
Because like asparagus, something will stink 🤣
It’s an acquired taste, I like it. Thankfully, so do some of my friends.
This fried rice was also served with vegan egg 🍳 and vegan satay.
My heat level was 2 🌶️ 🌶️
As a dish, it was pretty tasty. 😋
