When we stopped for lunch in this café connected to the Parador hotel we would be staying at, we never expected this amazing #reviewwithaview!! Nor did we expect such an amazing meal after asking for the sandwich bread (industrial) to be substituted for baguette bread. The artisan #cornbread was toasty warm and slathered with a schmear of savory #hummus, #tofu, #redlettuce, #tomato, #avocado, #whitezucchini, shredded #carrot and #redonion. A flavor and texture delight! Served with a basket of fries, it is priced at 12€.

This café is open to the public and serves a full range of beverages and bites. The service is efficient and super friendly. A required stop if you are in the area, with unbeatable views of Roque Nublo and the Tejeda valley.
