Introduced my neighbours to Straits Agriculture, a local farm where I've been buying fresh veggies for almost half a year now, for our second group purchase and got myself some Thai sweet #basil. ($2.50 for 25g)
Took a moment to admire those perfect leaves, before tossing them in a blender to make pesto 🌪️
Btw I left it in its original packaging and didn't use it until a week later and there were no signs of wilting and it still tasted fresh!
♻️ Veg can be packed in your #reusable bags if you’re able to get it to them before harvesting. I usually pass mine to them at Crane Living (Joo Chiat) on Saturday morning. Alternatively, you can have them pack your order in #recycled packaging and return them after use.
