Moist and fluffy black sesame sponge cake, layered with black sesame chantilly cream and bright tangy yuzu curd, finished off with edible silver flakes! 🧁🖤🍋 The fragrant black sesame flavour was lightly sweet with nutty toasty earthy notes; not too intensely bitter. Loved how it paired with the citrusy sourness from the yuzu curd!
