It's the fearsome, devilish #ciliapi, not just any old #chilli 😉 Naturally it'll unleash all its #spicy flavour at you, not for nothing is it called API 🔥 You'll wish you'd turned on your rate limits before the ferocity of this thing throttled you and made your throat and stomach so restless. Alright, I'll stop 🙊

A very #malaysianeats attempt for this #hariraya #ramadan #iftar special. I say Malaysian because, truly, this is #malay cuisine interpreted without the use of onion and garlic. Through the gaps between the grains of rice I continued to glimpse the remnants of impian satu Malaysia 😏 Anyway, #monkeyheadmushroom #cauliflower #potato and #carrot join forces in this #santan and #lemongrass powered #curry that came with a side of #rice. #forthedollar or not, I was glad to see brand new items on their #festive menu; would've been so easy to just rinse and repeat from last year's 🙂
