This consisted of 🐄🥛-free dill Havarti made from fermented cashews, lively and meaty Buffalo soy curls, and sweet and smoky Casper slaw on a fabulous house-made bun that had crisp edges and a light and airy crumb inside. With a delicious mix of meaty, creamy, crisp, and 🔥, it was hearty, substantial, and intensely satisfying. It is a special for Portland Sandwich Week, which runs through Sunday, 3/9/25 and is only $10.
