It's quite a challenge sometimes to find something vegan in Japan and to find a fully vegan Japanese restaurant is even better.
This vegan version of a famous Japanese dish called Takoyaki is very interesting. Soft shell balls filled with something that tasted to me like mushroom, even though I don't like mushroom, this was doable for me. It was nice to try a vegan version of this dish for once.
