Noodles in mildly creamy #oatmilk broth infused with a dollop of truffle paste. The overall flavour profile was interesting, with the slight sweetness blossoming into a fragrant earthy aroma followed by some bitter notes. 🍜🥛 Topped with roasted oyster mushrooms (in lieu of chashu) which were toothsome and umami; nice without any use of mock meat! 🍄‍🟫 Also served alongside shimeji mushrooms, black fungus, lady's finger, sweet peas, corn kernels, and carrot slices. 🫛🌽🥕 (Allium-free, $14.90) #sgvegan #japanesefood #alliumfree #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb
