Shiso leaves seasoned with yuzu kosho, a Kyushu-style condiment consisting of yuzu peel, hot green togarashi chilli pepper, and sea salt. 🍋🫑 Good contrast between the light crispy tempura and creamy vegan mayonnaise, and I enjoyed the slightly sour and spicy kick from the seasoning, especially since I'm a fan of zesty flavours! 🌿🍣 One of the more unique items in the menu; hope they continue having new creative additions.
