Grilled Portobello, Piquillo Pepper Relish, Baby Arugula, Herbed Goat Cheese, on Parmesan Focaccia with the Black Bean and Corn Salad. Very tasty! Without cheese it would be vegan. A little hard to eat but satisfying.
