I usually don't opt for mint flavor, but I hadn't had it in a long time and I thought I'd try it again as a vegan. I was not disappointed~ I actually think mint ice cream is one of my favorite flavors now, and oatly really nailed it. Just the right amount of chocolate chips, and makes a great treat for Valentine's Day
