So the chocolate might not have that snap or the rich bitterness of a higher percentage of cacao, but it ticks all the ethical and culinary boxes you’d ever want from a chocolate (yay) and the mint is indeed crisp and very finely scattered throughout the bar like a galaxy of sugar.
