Wowo! This shreds and tears just like actual steak. I don’t think it’s 100% indistinguishable from meat but getting quite close! I enjoyed the texture quite a bit, even as a person who never ate red meat pre-vegan. This is an expensive, luxury product at £9 for 2 steaks though I suppose regular steak is similarly expensive.
