Mos Burger
Mos Burger is a hamburger specialty store that was born in Japan and values Japanese taste. Since opening in 1972, we have focused on deliciousness, and instead of making products in advance, we offer an after-order system in which each item is made after receiving an order. Unique products that incorporate Japanese food culture, such as the Teriyaki Burger using miso and soy sauce and the Mos Rice Burger using rice. In addition, we are particular about tastiness, safety, and health, and have introduced raw moss vegetables grown by domestic partner farmers using cultivation methods that do not rely on pesticides or chemical fertilizers at all of our stores.
