Cool to try a vegan version of a famous Osakan street food specialty while we were here 👏🏼

Takoyaki is usually fried octopus balls 🐙, this version uses a rice flour batter and konnyaku/konjac filling. The batter wasn’t super crunchy, they were pillowy and a little soft. Inside was a little tasteless but the sauce made up for it. ¥1000 for 10 balls.
