Toffee cake, spiced salted caramel sauce, mandarin yuzu cream, white chocolate, orange

A rather fancy but very heavy dessert. I had just a starter, so I could manage (just about). A very thick slice of cake, and the cream on top saved me somewhat.

Definitely value for money and the presentation is great, but this is something I'd order as lunch beside a cup of coffee instead. Pure flavours that combine very well in terms of taste, texture and colours.
