jambalaya en Seva Detroit — Reseña de tiascaz (2 ene 2025)

First time trying jambalaya, and I really enjoyed it! A rice, beans, tomatoes, celery, carrot and onion base with fried sausage on top, it was hearty but not too heavy! The sausage was so good as they made it really crispy, and the rice was slightly acidic and very umami. I really enjoyed this Creole classic.
