I always make it a point to order from a seasonal or #festive menu if given the chance (#forthedollar optimisation at play 😏), and so I found myself choosing off the #christmas menu at Savor. My biggest gripe is actually how long I had to wait for this (or for anything in general actually); the girlfriend's smoothie bowl was almost completely gone by the time this #beefwellington showed up 😒

It was actually good food, which is why it's a shame that I was so annoyed when I was having it. The #pastry was buttery without butter, the #beetroot (masquerading as beef) had both the form factor+ colour as well as the meaty/beefy flavour to be a convincing stand-in, and the #mashedpotato was everything that a #mash should be (see my review from 3 days ago for more context 😏) I rather enjoyed this, except that I don't think I was ever convinced by having to fork out RM49 for something this small 🥺 I was definitely #stillhungry when I left 😢
