This was by far the best vegan Thanksgiving meal I have ever had. I l ke it’s a bit late to upload since we’re near Christmas, but this was perfect. I reviewed each item individually, but this was a seitan “turkey”, roasted beets, mac n cheese, cranberry sauce, soy filling and gravy. Joyful and completely cruelty free!
