Such a dope dish! Mr T defo pity the fools who make a beeline to the boarding gates without making a pit stop at this vegan ramen shop. Seriously. T’s make the best tantanmens in all of Tokyo! 🥹
The broth was amazing. Fragrant and nutty with a light tinge of chilli. Noodles were so fresh and springy. Vegan #chashu was amazing.
