Wasn’t the biggest fan of this, but maybe that’s because I was using it as a chorizo alternative in a recipe and was expecting more flavour? The texture was dense and smooth and I wish it had been fattier/chewier. It was pleasant but not mind blowing and I wouldn’t rush to get it again, though maybe one day I’ll do homemade pizzas with it as a topping more thinly sliced #veganmeat #fakemeat #mockmeat #pepperoni #seitan
