This is among the worst cheeses I've ever tried... I enjoy most Violife cheeses but this one had a weird texture. Also, the flavour was just off; I don't even know how to describe it. I tried it in a couple dishes but I ended up having to throw it away. I wouldn't repurchase nor recommend it.
