Capricciosa Pizza en Amò — Reseña de xinru-t (2 dic 2024)

This is one of the veganisable pizza options, without cooked ham and mozzarella cheese. Topped with purple artichokes, shimeji mushrooms, Leccino olives, and San Marzano plum tomatoes. 🍕🍄🫒🍅 TBH I personally found this slightly bland, perhaps because the key savoury elements were removed and not replaced with plant-based substitutes. That said, the ingredients were pretty premium, and it did get more exciting with a drizzle of chilli oil served on the side! 🌶️ Shout-out to the pizza dough made in-house from scratch with extra virgin olive oil and freshly baked in a wood-fired oven!
