This consisted of Caesar salad made with romaine lettuce, 🐷-free tempeh 🥓, tomatoes, croutons, almond parmesan, and Caesar dressing wrapped in pesto pizza that had a satisfyingly chewy crumb and crispy edges, with a light sprinkle of salt. Flavorful and fresh, this was such a great idea.
