Spaghetti strands tossed with hijiki brown seaweed, shredded carrot, and some kind of crunchy white fungus. 🌿🥕🍝 I personally really enjoyed this Korean-inspired fusion aglio olio and found it umami, though I have to admit visually it looked slightly funky hahaha.
