These #violife cheese slices can be found at most UK grocery stores. I usually find them on sale at Tesco or Sainsburys. They typically go for £2.50 at my local stores. I love the smoky slices but I started craving just a standard cheese for sandwiches and snacking. I find these to have a great but not overwhelming flavor. I used them in a chicken melt and they were perfect. Melted nicely and added a great cheese flavor. Yum 😋

I still haven’t gotten into this kind of vegan cheese. I’ll need to try again at some point as looks and sounds good.
I usually have a pack in the fridge for some cheesy meals/cravings!!
