[EN] 🌱 When I'm in Warsaw, I promise myself that I'll eat in places I've never been... But I like the Vietnamese bistro Vege Kitchen so much, that I am always coming back there 🤷🏻
🥕 I've tried many things on the menu, so I'm always happy when something new appears. This time I wanted a big bowl of soup. And here comes the new thing: Banh Canh soup. 🍜
🌶️ Noodles, tofu, seasoned pieces of seitan, mushrooms, crispy onion. All of this is covered in a fresh, mild and umami-filled broth. The soup has a beautiful yellow color. I don't know what it comes from. The turmeric wasn't too noticeable... Maybe the burnt onion? 🤔 Doesn't matter, it's delicious! Great new dish! 💚

[PL] 🌱 Jak jestem w Warszawie, to obiecuję sobie, że będę jeść w miejscach, w których jeszcze mnie nie było... Ale tak lubię wietnamskie bistro Vege Kitchen, że zawsze tam wracam 🤷🏻
🥕 Spróbowałem już wielu rzeczy z menu, dlatego zawsze cieszy mnie, gdy pojawia się jakaś nowość. Tym razem miałem ochotę na dużą miskę zupy. I tu pojawia się nowość, czyli zupa Banh Canh. 🍜
🌶️ Makaron, tofu, przyprawione kawałki seitana, grzyby, chrupiąca cebulka. To wszystko zalane świeżym w smaku, łagodnym i pełnym umami bulionem. Zupa ma piękny, żółty kolor. Nie wiem, czemu go zawdzięcza. Kurkuma nie była zbyt wyczuwalna... Może palona cebula? 🤔 Tak czy siak, to jest pyszne! Świetna nowość! 💚
