Falafellåda en Veggiebönan — Reseña de Amanda (14 oct 2024)

A while back I visited the food truck Veggiebönan in Torsås. Sadly, it's normally only open at lunchtime on weekdays but luckily I was there for an event on a saturday and she was opened.

I ordered the "Falafellåda" which was a box with falafel, hummus, marinated beans, garlic sauce (u could choose a horseradish sauce instead of garlic), råkost (which was like raw vegetables. It was like a pizza salad but without vineagar) and something called "tjofräs" which I believe was fried carrot peels(?).
It was also served with a bread made from chickpeas and I chose to add fries as well.

It was a great and very filling meal. It was delicious. The falafel was amazing, I loved the bread and all flavours went super well together.

Will def try to visit this food truck again. My brother tried the falafel roll and he said that was delicious as well.
The owner was also a very nice woman.
