I needed some cider for a recipe but it only used 150ml so I had to drink the rest.
I am happy to use alcohol in cooking but as this would leave 350ml, I decided to go for the alcohol free option.
It is very sweet, and if I didn't know it was cider I might think it was a sparkling apple juice. Not as close to cider as non-alcoholic beet is to beer. 🍺
I wouldn't rush to get it again.
