Focaccia with Calabrian chili butter en Floralia — Reseña de bandita (29 sept 2024)

My friend and I got this on the spur of a moment after we had already decided on a pizza. It was so good that it turned out to be the highlight of our meal. The texture of the bread was perfect, a little crispy crust, and soft and airy inside. The butter is not only so vibrant and beautiful, but also so delicious and creamy with this bread, the perfect spread. There actually wasn’t enough for us, as we ran out of it before finishing the bread. But the bread alone is still very tasty. This might be our usual to accompany whatever pizza or other meal we get here. My friend liked it so much that he even commented that this would have been a sufficient meal on its own. However, everything here is so delicious, that it would be a shame to not get anything else with this. If anything, I would gladly take home leftovers if too much.
