Hello Bangkok 😋 first time visiting Plantiful and it really seems like a perfect place! Everything I tried was wonderful. The problem with visiting a vegan paradise like Bangkok so briefly is there is never enough time to try so many things ! But keeps it exciting to come back again 😀
I loved how packed with veggies this #veganomelette is! Mushrooms, zucchini and peppers with a nice thick spread of #pesto . The omelet is #pumpkin and #tofu , how genius ! It has a lovely soft fluffy texture. This was a perfect lighter meal for me with lots of veggies. A little salad with some balsamic rounded it off. Can't wait to visit again 🤩
