Gochujang 🍄‍🟫 Taco en Mama Dut — Reseña de pdxveg (23 sept 2024)

This was a collaboration with Plant Based Papi for the Circle V Portland 2024 Vegan Food & Drink Festival. It consisted of hand-pressed tortillas filled with gochujang cream sauce and grilled king oyster 🍄‍🟫 seasoned with sea salt, topped with grilled pepper kimchi salsa, fresh cilantro. It was a crave-worthy fusion of flavors, cultures, and talents.
