Ceviche Special en Epif — Reseña de pdxveg (23 sept 2024)

This was a collaboration with The Sudra for the Circle V Portland 2024 Vegan Food & Drink Festival. It consisted of 🍄‍🟫-mint-onion-red pepper ceviche in tandoori-coconut-lime marinade, served with tortilla chips. It was a wonderful collaboration of flavors and cultures.
