This cheese is indeed epic; on my top 5 vegan cheeses for sure. It's firm and the one which MELTS best among the vegan cheeses I've tried. It tastes similar to cheddar; it also reminds me of emmental cheese somehow. If that wasn't enough, it's freezer friendly. Great taste, consistency and melting; I'd recommend any day. I'm buying it again, even more if it's sold for this price.
