Dessert Crema allo zafferano e pere en Shakti Food — Reseña de pattini (18 sept 2024)

This was the dessert with the 5-course menu that my sister picked and of course I had to try it too 😋
It was a saffron cream with pear and a chocolate granola. Something simple yet very original. The taste was not overly sweet and the saffron gave it a sophisticated touch.
It’s presented in a very cute way in a martini glass 🍸
