‘Hokkaido buns, oyster mushroom noggets, tentsuyu sauce, rayu sauce, vegan cheddar, white onion 🧅, cucumber pickles, kewpie mayo, ketchup & lettuce.’. Idk half of those things 😂, but it was great! Been wanting to visit Kitsune Burgers (they also have an #allveganrestaurant in Brussels) for ages, but my list is so endlessly long… Glad I could try it here! This could no be identified as #oystermushroom ! #veganinbrussels 🍔🍔
