I FINALLY found plain #seitan in Canada! It's still very salty and I'd prefer completely plain so I can flavour it myself, but better than all the other overly flavoured ones. I found it at #covenmarket in Kitchener. It's tasty even without any extra seasoning and super #highprotein . #veganprotein #gluten
