Dry-cured salami de Verdino — Reseña de vganbeast (10 sept 2024)

This is a tasty salami - it still looks a little pale in comparison to meat salami and salami is of course very greasy. But still: it tastes very good and it would nonetheless look great on a charcuterie board. Very pretty in the outside with the white colour, makes it look very authentic and artisanal. The taste itself pleasantly surprised me, but at EUR 7,50 per salami it's quite pricey...! A real treat though, one of the better vegan salamis I have tried.
