I made a spaghetti boloñesa with half of this packed and it served 4 people . Great value and everyone loved it . Much prefer this fine textured one , less spongy than the cube one.
Soak in water for an hour drain and add to your sauce .
The sauce was just fresh tomato’s , onion ,pesto . For a topping ground cashews mixed with nutritional yeast.
