Crispy ‘pork belly’ buns with pepper sauce

Three little brioche buns perfectly fried all over, sandwiching a slice of cucumber and ‘pork belly’ on a little bed of shredded lettuce. The pork belly slices were so tasty and even had ‘fatty’ parts and all, and the bread was crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. These could win over any meat-eater.
