I have a hard time finding vegan things at Trader Joe’s (anybody else hate their font? 🙄 lol) but this caught my attention. It was like $6 but felt really heavy so I gave it a shot. It was filling! Pretty good for a frozen meal. I scooped it into a bowl and topped it with some cilantro. Adding some guac or sour cream would make this even better.
