Lovely finger food, I tried these rendang croquettes, made from lupin beans to give it that stringy texture which is perfect for croquettes lovers. A tad spicy but not in a bad way. Very crunchy on the outside, I wish I could buy this at the supermarket so I could also enjoy this at home. Fine to eat it with the sauce or without, it has plenty of flavour in and of itself.
