the texture was pretty close to real
philadelphia #creamcheese . it starts off harder and takes longer to soften but that’s how a lot of vegan products work and i’m used to it. what really took me by surprise was the taste. a lot of vegan cream cheeses are missing that “tang” that dairy cream cheese has, and this vegan cream cheese brings that to the table.
it’s good plain, but i used it to make cream cheese frosting for my vegan cinnamon rolls (nora cooks recipe - shoutout!) and it was amaaaazing ☺️😇
everyone definitely has different preferences but personally i think this is my favorite so far!
