a worstenbroodje seems to be what we call a "würstchen im schlafrock" - a (here of course vegan) sausage baked in dough. the "sausage" is made from seitan and mushrooms and they used puff pastry instead of normal dough. it's decorated with poppy seeds.
it was okay but unfortunately a bit bland. i paid 4€
