Granita siciliana (Sicilian granita) en Bar Cattedrale — Reseña de eliamadeddu (18 ago 2024)

It’s a bar that offers ‘’granita siciliana’’, a kind of gelato made in the traditional sicilian way: without milk! They have a lot of options (pistachio, almond, toasted almond, fig, strawberry, lemon and basil etc). They also have chocolate, but I’m not sure if that’s vegan so ask for it, and also ricotta and chocolate, but this one is NOT vegan.
Please pay attention: they serve it with a little brioche on the top of it, but that’s not vegan! So tell them you don’t want that/offer the little brioche to your non vegan friends :)

I saw on the internet that they also serve other kinds of food like aperitivo treats or some pastries, but I don’t know if there are vegan options.

But trust an Italian: you don’t wanna miss their granita!
