A nice thing to have around to add to baked goods, pancakes as a binder. Everyone knows #flax eggs are superior to a chickens egg by now right ?! Well that's the world we believe in anyways. I kind of forget to use this but it's also good in oatmeal or even other meals to boost the nutrition a bit!
